So I really thought as Ty got a few weeks older that things would slow down and I would have time to blog... Pah! Life was like, "Psyche! Lol." (Yes life talks to me like a teenage girl from the 90's.) Anyhow, life is crazy. Between trying to catch up on everything I missed, including sleep, from the past six weeks and trying to literally catch my three year old, I'm wiped out!
I'm attempting to do better today though. So without further ado, I give you.. "Halloween":
I started the day by heading to Kid-to-Kid for costumes (procrastination!). But it might become a tradition because everything was 50% off, including these jammies: Jay loved them! Trying to get him to smile, I made the mistake of saying, "Say Eee like when we brush our teeth!" This is what I got... And adding to the failed photo-ops of the day is this beauty: Poor Ty. But he did calm down in time to make a brief appearance in his real costume. He's such a cute head! I also got Jay a brand new giraffe costume but he liked his $2.00 pajamas better! So that's what he wore Trunk-or-Treating.
Jay loved having trick-or-treaters come to the house, handing out candy and yelling "Happy Halloween!" to all our visitors. It was a fun day. Kids make holidays sooo much better!

They are both soooo cute! And yes, I'm excited for our little boy to make Halloween next year so much more exciting than it has been for the past 12 years or so. And I'm sure it'll be even better once he's actually old enough to know what's going on and gets into the excitement; like JayBoy.
Cute, Cute, Cute. I'm glad Jay had fun dressing up and trunk or treating. Ty is one cute chicken.
I love how many pictures you take. It keeps us up on how you are doing, and how our boys are growing. Love you, Mom
